Financial Manager M/F

Within the framework of the development and the structuring of its activities, the company vorteX.io wishes to recruit a Financial Manager whose main missions will be the following:

• Daily management of accounting
• Bank reconciliations
• Management of the closing of accounts (interim closing and annual corporate and consolidated closing) in conjunction with the statutory auditors
• Management of reporting and associated KPIs
• Tax management
• Steering of the budget process (budget / re-estimated / landing): you will consolidate the budget following feedback from the various divisions
• Analytical monitoring of expenses: you propose and implement changes to the analytical system to meet analysis needs, changes in tools to make the monitoring of expenses more reliable and easier for the teams
• Financial reporting, particularly for the main grants and calls for projects: you will support the teams in producing the information they need
• Cash flow monitoring
• Follow-up of the Research Tax Credit and subsidies
• Follow-up of banking relations
• Working capital and CAPEX management
• Participation in financial operations (acquisitions, fund raising)

As a Finance Manager, your rigor, analytical skills and mastery of financial analysis tools such as QuickBooks allow the organization to rely on you to drive budgets and produce financial reports.
