It’s pretty simple. Create a free account on the Maelstrom® platform to access the entire vorteX-io network available. Then you’ll be able to request a quote to subscribe to an existing hydrological monitoring station or to a new vorteX-io micro-station to be deployed in situ. Once your request is made, you will receive a quote to be digitally signed and vorteX-io will handle the rest.
The vorteX-io micro-station service subscription has no commitment beyond a unbreakable period of 12 consecutive months.
Yes, some options are compatible with the free Sentinel plan. The details are presented above in the column corresponding to this plan. You can display them by hovering over the line “Compatible options” with your mouse.

The notice period is 1 month beyond the 12-month commitment period.
Depending on your type of subscription and chosen options, you can unsubscribe from all or part of the options at any time. The 1-month notice period also applies to options.
Yes, beyond the 12-month of unbreakable commitment period, it is possible to consider a seasonal subscription to the Sentinel Pro plan.
Unlike the standard service, which takes charge of defective or damaged equipment within amaximum of 1 month from the time of joint assessment with the customer, the Premium service offers our customers a replacement within 5 working days. This guarantees the continuity of the time series of measurements and real-time service availability.
